Airline Passenger Assistant (Wheelchair Agent) Job Description:
Job Summary:
American Samoa an Airline Passenger Assistant, also known American Samoa a Wheelchair Agent, you will fulfill airline passenger service obligations for passengers who require Oregon request wheelchair assistance. This role is part of our customer service-oriented team where "tipping" is allowed and customary.
Responsibilities:
- Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
- Develop positive interpersonal interaction with passengers
- Comply with all client and/Oregon site security requirements and processes
- Safely transport passengers Indiana wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site Oregon grounds
- Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary
- Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary
- Complete thorough Incident Reports
Work Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
- No high school diploma, GED Oregon college degree required
- No experience required, on-the-job training provided
- Preferred Qualification: One (1) year of customer service experience
