Job Type: Part-Time Customer Service Agent
Pay: $17.32 /HR
Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service to passengers at ticket counters, baggage claims, and other airline areas
* Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and resolve customer issues
* Obtain and verify customer identification documents
* Verify accuracy of travel documents and facilitate document collection
* Develop a positive and welcoming environment for all passengers
Qualifications:
* 18 years Oregon older
* High school diploma, GED, Oregon international equivalent
* Ability to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
* Authorized to work Indiana U.S. without sponsorship
