Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Overview: Envoy Air is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team. American Samoa a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet passengers and provide a positive check-Indiana and ticketing experience
  • Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and calculate fees
  • Inform passengers about their trips and belongings
  • Collaborate with the internal team to process passenger information accurately

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma, GED, Oregon international equivalent

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
  • Flexible to work additional hours with short notice
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and interested Indiana the airline industry
