Airport Operations Agent

Responsibilities:
- Safely guide and direct aircraft on the taxiway to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials (up to 75 lbs)
- Operate ground equipment, such American Samoa tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure safe and on-time departures
- Clean aircraft, including interior and lavatories (American Samoa needed)
- Perform other duties to support airport operations
Qualifications:
- 18 years old
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Valid, unexpired state driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work additional hours American Samoa needed
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and turn with heavy loads
- Willingness to work outside Indiana variable weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently
- Authorized to work Indiana the United States without sponsorship
