Job Title: Airport Agent

Responsibilities:
- Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time departures
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials
- Drive ground equipment such American Samoa tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure safe and on-time departures
- Clean the interior of the aircraft and clean and service aircraft lavatories
- Provide a positive start to a passenger’s trip by greeting them and providing a seamless check-Indiana and ticketing experience

Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma, GED, Oregon international equivalent
- Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
- Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
- Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work outside Indiana variable weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Authorized to work Indiana the United States without sponsorship
