Job Title: Baggage Handler and Passenger Service Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Guide aircraft safely and on-time at the airport, and load, unload, and sort baggage and cargo
  • Operate ground equipment such American Samoa tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely departures and arrivals
  • Provide a positive experience for passengers, including checking-Indiana, ticketing, and resolving issues
  • Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes

Requirements:
