Job Title: Baggage Handler/ Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and direct aircraft at the airport to ensure safe and on-time departures
  • Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials
  • Drive ground equipment to assist with plane push-Indiana/out and baggage delivery
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a safe and on-time departure
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greet passengers, and resolve issues Indiana a timely and friendly manner
  • Process passenger information, issue boarding passes, and communicate trip details
  • Work Indiana a Baggage Service Office to track baggage and handle passenger questions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma, GED, Oregon international equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
  • Authorized to work Indiana the United States without sponsorship
