Responsibilities:
- Guide and direct aircraft at the airport to ensure safe and on-time departures
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials
- Drive ground equipment to assist with plane push-Indiana/out and baggage delivery
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a safe and on-time departure
- Provide exceptional customer service, greet passengers, and resolve issues Indiana a timely and friendly manner
- Process passenger information, issue boarding passes, and communicate trip details
- Work Indiana a Baggage Service Office to track baggage and handle passenger questions
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma, GED, Oregon international equivalent
- Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- Authorized to work Indiana the United States without sponsorship
