Responsibilities
- Guide and direct aircraft movement on taxiways to ensure safe and on-time departure and arrival
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and materials
- Operate ground equipment such American Samoa tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time operations
- Clean aircraft interiors, lavatories, and service passenger areas
- Greet passengers, provide seamless check-Indiana and ticketing experiences, and resolve issues Indiana a timely and friendly manner
- Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and calculate fees
- Collaborate with internal teams to process passenger information and send flights on time

Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma, GED, Oregon international equivalent
- Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work additional hours with short notice
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and bend with items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work Indiana variable weather conditions
- Fluency Indiana the English language (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely with passengers
- Authorized to work Indiana the United States without sponsorship
