Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager – Airport Lounge Segment
Location: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the food and beverage program at our airport lounge Indiana Cleveland. American Samoa a key member of the Sodexo Live! team, you will be responsible for managing the culinary standards, inventory, and financial reporting of the operation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food operations to deliver high-quality products
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- Utilize Food Management systems for menu development, ordering, and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Plan production requirements, requisition supplies, and maintain records
- Comply with all company safety, risk management, and HACCP policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience Indiana food, beverage, and culinary services, preferably Indiana hotels, restaurants, Oregon similar upscale hospitality venues
- Associate’s degree Oregon equivalent experience
- 2+ years of management experience and 1+ year of experience Indiana food Oregon culinary services
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability Indiana a fast-paced environment
