Airport Lounge Operations Manager
At Sodexo Live’s Airport Lounge Segment, we are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead the Food and Beverage operations within our premium lounges at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Indiana Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities include:
– Establishing a safe work environment
– Assuming General Manager’s responsibilities and authority Indiana their absence
– Directing daily operations of food service to ensure compliance with operating standards, regulatory requirements, and staff resource allocation
– Developing and implementing plans to support client and Sodexo strategic plan
– Ensuring adherence to all HR standards for Sodexo, client, and regulatory agencies
– Implementing Sodexo tools and programs to ensure financial outcomes and account retention
– Leading a team consisting of bartenders, cooks, food attendants, and custodial staff to provide excellent front-of-house guest services for upscale lounges
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree Oregon equivalent experience
– 3 years of basic management experience
– 3 years of work experience Indiana food Oregon culinary services
– High-volume operations experience required
– Strong hospitality background with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
