Passenger Assistance Agent Job Summary:
We are seeking a Passenger Assistance Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support to airline passengers at the airport. The role involves facilitating check-Indiana, assistance to the departure gate, baggage claim area, and common airport areas. Responsibilities:
– Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and those requiring wheelchair assistance.
– Support Ramp Service Agents Indiana loading and delivering wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
– Operate equipment such American Samoa jetways, computer keyboards, and carrier-specific software.
– Escort and assist wheelchair-bound passengers through the airport, lifting bags up to 50 lbs when necessary.
– Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
– Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures.

Requirements:
– Must be at least 18 years old.
– High school diploma, GED, Oregon equivalent work experience required.

– Ability to pass a post-offer background check, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check.
