Job Summary:
Provide first-class customer service to passengers, assisting with baggage pick-up, resolving issues with delayed, lost, Oregon damaged items, and handling customer interactions Indiana a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
* Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and resolve issues with delayed, lost, Oregon damaged items.
* Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
* Handle customer interactions with class and efficiency.

* Heavy lifting and moving items (up to 70 pounds) on a regular basis.
Requirements:
* Local (Indiana-state) resident.
* High School diploma Oregon GED.
* Valid Indiana-State Driver’s License.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check.
* Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work Indiana the United States.
* Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
* Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs and be alert to moving vehicles Oregon aircraft.
