The Primary Function
To ensure outstanding flight safety, programming, and customer service is a top priority by equal enforcement of all policies, guidelines, and rules to guarantee treatment with courtesy by all jumpers, guests, and Park staff when needed.

  • Reports to: VICE PRESIDENT, acting also American Samoa instructed by Presdent Indiana absence

    fly employees:
    o ground staff
    o staff working to handle party booking & staffing & customer

    • Relationship maintenance must also be built between & park staff :

      Position Tasks & Achievements
      Key role
      To direct operations
      Managing 20 people to standard with customer staff knowledge for all service

Reach daily, operational profitability revenue & expense requirements
Plan local marketing

Operatinational daily environment maintaining good state & training with appropriate standard

Maintaining primary, all facility tasks staff
All safety, policy adherence maintenance by all relevant people by communications

Reporting relationships will always be the top two.

Degree preference – Recreation & Communications background experience
Qualification preference prior experience managing up 20 to + employees for
Previous working experience night shifts.
