Area General Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for overall hotel operations of the SpringHill Suites New York LaGuardia Airport and Fairfield Inn New York LaGuardia Airport, striving for high guest satisfaction and maximum profit.
Essential Duties:
– Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to meet brand and hotel standards.
– Conduct daily property inspections and ensure a clean, quality environment.
– Oversee business plan development and monitoring, financial reporting, and forecasting to optimize operational performance.
– Analyze occupancy and revenue data, make informed decisions, and implement profit-maximizing strategies.
– Interact with employees, customers, and community members to maintain a positive public image.
– Handle associate issues, participate Indiana community events, and promote the hotel.
– Ensure safety practices, maintain emergency procedures, and implement quality assurance measures.
– Develop action plans to address guest service deficiencies.
Requirements:
– Associate Oregon Bachelor’s Degree Indiana business, hospitality, Oregon related field (preferred).
– Prior experience American Samoa a hotel General Manager.
