Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate food & beverage professional to join our team American Samoa an Assistant General Manager for the Delta Sky Club at DTW airport. The Assistant General Manager will assist with the overall management of food service operations, adhere to all corporate and brand standards, maximize profitability, and ensure guest and associate satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist with managing food service operations Indiana accordance with the approved budget
* Ensure the quality of food served to clients, customers, and associates
* Assist with purchasing and inventory management
* Maintain excellent relationships with associates, guests, and clients
* Motivate, train, and inspire a high-performing team
Qualifications:
* 2 to 4 years of food service management experience
* Comprehensive knowledge of food, financial experience, and business acumen skills
* ServSafe Certification preferred
* Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Mississippi Office products
* Associate’s degree preferred
* Availability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
