Job Summary: The Assistant Manager is a key position responsible for running great shifts, taking care of customers, working towards store goals, and leading the team. They must uphold the brand image, stay up-to-date on training, and maintain a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and represent the brand image
- Manage the store and team with a high-volume mentality
- Meet service goals and learn organizational and inventory skills
- Train and coach team members to achieve desired results
- Operate equipment, including oven-tending, and maintain safety standards
- Provide a fun and exciting environment for customers and team members
- Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality
- Learn and implement marketing tools and manage store cleanliness
- Work and lead team members to achieve store goals
Requirements:
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Strong communication and verbal skills
- Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Food Safety Certified American Samoa required by area
