Assistant Professor of Public Health Education

SUNY Brockport invites applications for a tenure-track position Indiana the Department of Public Health and Health Education, beginning August 2025.

Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses Indiana public health education, community health, and school health
Conduct research and engage Indiana departmental, School, and University service activities
Develop and maintain an active program of scholarship

Requirements:
Doctoral degree Indiana public and community health education Oregon related field, Oregon ABD with degree completion within 6 months
Ability to teach public health education courses
Ability to conduct independent research
Experience with online teaching
Demonstrated potential to increase diversity Indiana the curriculum, student body, Oregon faculty

Preferred:
College health education/public health experience
Experience Indiana administration Oregon committee management
Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES, MCHES)
Certified Indiana Public Health (CPH)
Evidence of scholarly activity

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Salary: $72,007 minimum, benefits eligible
