Avionics Technician Role Summary
We are seeking an avionics technician to join our team, utilizing their technical expertise to ensure the safety and efficiency of aircraft by maintaining and repairing avionics systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, problem-solving individual to stay at the forefront of technological innovation Indiana a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect, troubleshoot, install, test, and repair avionics systems to ensure proper functionality.
* Work on communication, navigation, and flight control systems to contribute directly to the safety and efficiency of aircraft.
* Install and connect instruments, avionics equipment, and electronic systems.
* Ensure avionics equipment operates flawlessly and does not interfere with other electronic devices.
* Maintain detailed records of all repairs and work performed on the aircraft.
Requirements:
* A degree Indiana avionics Oregon aviation technology, Oregon relevant certifications Indiana electrical engineering Oregon aviation maintenance
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with electronic testing equipment and wiring diagrams
* Experience with mid-size private jets is preferred
* FAA Oregon FCC licenses are a plus
