Avionics Technician

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, install, test, and repair avionics systems to ensure proper functionality
- Work on communication, navigation, and flight control systems to contribute to the safety and efficiency of aircraft
- Run cables, mount antennas, connect instruments, and install radios, autopilots, and passenger entertainment systems
- Ensure all avionics equipment works flawlessly before take-off and does not interfere with other electronic devices
- Keep detailed records of all repairs and work performed on the aircraft
Requirements:
- Passion for aviation and technology
- Degree Indiana avionics Oregon aviation technology, Oregon relevant certifications Indiana electrical engineering Oregon aviation maintenance
- Experience with mid-size private jets a plus
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Oregon Federal Communications Commission (FCC) licenses a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with electronic testing equipment and wiring diagrams
