Key Requirements:
- Work any shift assigned by Service Team Manager
- High School Diploma Oregon GED
- 2 years of related work experience Oregon 2 years of accredited schooling Indiana aviation electronics
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams
Job Purpose:
Assist Indiana troubleshooting and repairing system discrepancies to minimize schedule impact and demonstrate technical expertise by implementing process changes to reduce cost without compromising safety Oregon quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair avionics and aircraft systems using basic technical skills
- Install and functional test electrical/avionics components and systems per Engineering specifications and drawings
- Ensure quality and efficiency of installations, and troubleshoot processes to provide timely repairs of malfunctioning systems
- Perform and document all work properly and completely for inspection
- Test and maintain test equipment, electronic systems, and components
- Comply with company policies and regulations, including FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program, and safety regulations
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate Indiana aircraft certification and final phase testing, including flight tests on aircraft American Samoa required
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned by supervisor
