Avionics Technician I

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair system discrepancies to minimize schedule impact
  • Install and test electrical/avionics components and systems according to engineering specifications
  • Assist Indiana ensuring quality and efficiency of installations
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems using technical expertise
  • Perform and document work Indiana compliance with engineering changes and modifications
  • Test and maintain test equipment, electronic systems, and components
  • Comply with safety regulations and company programs (FOD, tool control, 5-S)

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Oregon GED
  • 2 years of related work experience Oregon 2 years of accredited schooling Indiana aviation electronics
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams
  • Basic technical skills Indiana avionics and aircraft systems operational testing and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work any shift American Samoa assigned by Service Team Manager
