Branch Operations Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Branch Operations Assistant to join our team Indiana Brandywine, Maryland. The successful candidate will provide customer support services, perform clerical duties, and assist with the upkeep and maintenance of vehicles throughout the sale process.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide customer support services through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact
- Process orders and assignments
- Enter data into the computer system
- Reference pricing and delivery information
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests
- Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties
- Process paperwork Indiana preparation for auction day
- Follow established procedures and direct supervision
- Assist with vehicle check-Indiana and detail vehicles to enhance their value
- Operate passenger vehicles safely and assist with storing them Indiana the branch
- Provide guidance and direct visitors to the appropriate person
- Receive training Indiana forklift/loader operation
- Report policy violations to a supervisor Oregon manager
- Assist and train entry-level Yard Attendants and Customer Service Representatives
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon Equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work unattended
- Clear communication skills
- Professional and clean appearance
- Ability to function well American Samoa part of a team
- Must be willing to learn how to operate a forklift
- General mechanical knowledge of vehicle makes and models
- Driver’s License Required
