Part-time Concierge Host
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests Indiana the concierge lounge within 2 minutes of arrival, serving American Samoa a liaison between guests and hotel departments
- Maintain an information file on hotel and local services, attractions, and amenities, recommending them to guests
- Clean and maintain the concierge lounge during shifts, including kitchenette, floors, furniture, and surfaces
- Maintain excellent relationships with staff and guest confidentiality
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- Proven customer service skills, including resourcefulness and creativity
- Ability to maintain focus and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada – Embassy Suites Las Vegas hotel, near University of Nevada Las Vegas and Las Vegas Convention Center.
