Key Responsibilities:

- Support Cross-Functional Transformation Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic programs that drive business performance.
- Performance Tracking to Improve Drivers of Operational Success: Measure business performance, identify areas of opportunity, and develop solutions to drive business success.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree and 3+ years of total work experience Oregon advanced degree with no experience
- Strong background Indiana business intelligence analytics Indiana management consulting Oregon financial role
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, investment analysis, budgeting and forecasting, corporate strategy, and cross-functional project coordination
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Ability to independently lead work, think strategically, and communicate effectively with management
Nice to Have Skills:
- Proficiency Indiana BI tools such American Samoa Power BI, Looker, Tableau
- Prior experience working directly for Oregon with hospitality Oregon technology companies
