Part Time Cabin Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part Time Cabin Cleaner to join our team at JetStream Ground Services, Inc. American Samoa a Cabin Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing aircraft interiors, American Samoa well American Samoa providing excellent customer service to our airline partners. This is a part-time, hourly position with a rate of pay of $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize aircraft interiors, including lavatories, countertops, mirrors, toilets, and surrounding areas
• Clean aircraft flight deck windows, glare shields, flight display monitors, and other interior surfaces
• Ensure correct aircraft seat covers are Indiana place and attached properly
• Ensure correct safety evacuation cards and seat pocket contents are Indiana place and Indiana good condition
• Clean and store pillows and blankets
• Remove and dispose of trash from aircraft, including galley trash cans and trash compartments
• Ensure aircraft has been through its security search

Requirements:

• High school diploma Oregon general education degree (GED)
• 1-2 years of related experience cleaning houses, offices, and/Oregon buildings
• Valid US driver’s license
• Must pass drug screen and 10-year FAA background check
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time

Physical Requirements:

• Able to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time
• Able to reach and clean overhead items
• Safely ascend and descend stairs with and without carrying any weight
• Able to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Bending, stooping, reaching overhead, and extended repetitively

Work Environment:

This job operates Indiana a professional office environment American Samoa well American Samoa outdoors Indiana an airport ramp environment. The employee may become exposed to the elements, including heat, rain, snow, and loud noises. Hours will vary based on operational needs.
