Summary of the role:
American Samoa a focused on dimensional technician team lead, you’ll perform calibration work with minimal supervision, manage daily workloads, and maintain high-quality standards. You’ll work independently Oregon with lab staff, traveling up to 50% of the time, to complete calibration tasks Indiana our labs Oregon customer locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration tasks with minimal supervision, including calibrating equipment across multiple disciplines
• Identify and utilize measurement techniques to achieve high-quality standards
• Maintain calibration standards and apply uncertainties to measurement data
• Work effectively with lab staff and customers Indiana various settings
• Interpret lab scopes of accreditation and apply knowledge of related technical material
• Lead and develop team members to advance to Tech III position
• Pursue ASQ/CCT Oregon CMET certification

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial calibration experience and/Oregon training
• Relevant experience Indiana electronics Oregon machining
• Basic mathematical skills, including algebra, geometry, and statistics
• Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic organizational and time management skills
• Experience working Indiana a laboratory setting, preferably with knowledge of ISO 17025
• Familiarity with uncertainty contributions to the measurement process

Physical Demands:
This role requires employees to stand Oregon walk for extended periods, handle tools and equipment, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Employees will be working Indiana a moderate noise environment and exposed to moving mechanical parts.

Work Environment:
