Airport Operations Representative
Overview
Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Airport Operations Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, answer and direct calls, and facilitate emergency transportation arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct calls for the entire company overnight
- Distinguish the need for emergency transportation and pre-arrange transport for facilities
- Determine the level of care needed for patients and arrange specialty and critical care transportation
- Provide information and assistance for customer service inquiries
- Communicate with multiple departments and EMS personnel
- Provide supportive information to customers to assist them Indiana arranging appropriate transport
- Develop effective solutions for customer service issues
- Direct calls to the Flight desk American Samoa necessary
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
Qualifications
- Pleasant and professional phone manner
- Detail-oriented with typing skills of 30 wpm Oregon better
- Ability to excel Indiana high-stress environments and adapt to changing policies
- Ability to learn policies and procedures for facilities and apply them American Samoa needed
- Medical background a plus
- EMD certification required within 1 year of employment
