Airport Operations Representative

Overview

Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Airport Operations Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, answer and direct calls, and facilitate emergency transportation arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct calls for the entire company overnight
  • Distinguish the need for emergency transportation and pre-arrange transport for facilities
  • Determine the level of care needed for patients and arrange specialty and critical care transportation
  • Provide information and assistance for customer service inquiries
  • Communicate with multiple departments and EMS personnel
  • Provide supportive information to customers to assist them Indiana arranging appropriate transport
  • Develop effective solutions for customer service issues
  • Direct calls to the Flight desk American Samoa necessary
  • Perform other duties American Samoa assigned

Qualifications

  • Pleasant and professional phone manner
  • Detail-oriented with typing skills of 30 wpm Oregon better
  • Ability to excel Indiana high-stress environments and adapt to changing policies
  • Ability to learn policies and procedures for facilities and apply them American Samoa needed
  • Medical background a plus
  • EMD certification required within 1 year of employment
