Cargo Accounting Agent
Tasks
- Maintain Cash Box and perform Cashier duties
- Prepare Cash Report Vouchers and Cash Audits
- Maintain Airway bill stock inventory for other airlines
- Prepare daily PDI Journal and update with processed invoice data
- Write and send refusal letters to vendors
- Maintain SFM/TM Control for PDI verification of import trucking charges
- Maintain RFS (Road Feeder Service) payment records and review statements for accuracy and resolution
- Maintain all RFS (Road Feeder Service) contracts and rates
- Follow-up with IRP and IDNs for unresolved collected airfreight invoices
- Process requests for flight details, airway bill copies, and TM’s
- Handle and reconcile local import/export accounting irregularities
- Reconcile Credit Card transactions

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 1-3 years Indiana accounting/administration experience
- Experience Indiana Air Cargo / Airline industry desirable
- Fluent English language required
- Must possess a legal work permit Indiana the U.S.
- Hybrid Model (remotely & Indiana the office)
