Cargo Services Delivery (CSD)
Meets Cathay Pacific’s requirements for airport operations, including safety and security regulations. The CSD role Indiana Los Angeles is responsible for the smooth execution of air cargo operations, passenger support, and communication between teams. Key duties:
- Support cargo reservations and bookings with excellent customer service
- Provide timely and accurate preparation of flight documentation, customs clearance, and permits
- Collaborate with airport operations, air traffic control, and vendors for effective communication and service delivery
- Maintain knowledge of business operations software and ability to perform administrative tasks
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and ground handling staff for efficient shipment handling
- Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Participate Indiana quality assurance programs and audits American Samoa required
- Provide emergency response and crisis management support when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent education
- Minimum 2 years’ experience Indiana the cargo industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Mississippi Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, often requiring standing, walking, Oregon manual lifting under 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license (State issued)
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with deadlines and priorities
- Ability to work Indiana a warehouse, on aircraft, and outdoors Indiana all weather conditions
- Interstate travel may be required
