Job Summary
Direct and enhance the culinary experience American Samoa the Chef Delaware Cuisine of the resort restaurant. Lead the culinary operations, ensure profitability, and consistency, while representing the culinary team Indiana Public Relations and advertising efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with members and guests to create personalized interactions
- Create menus and ensure consistency, simplicity, and quality using the finest ingredients
- Direct sanitation and safety efforts, and act American Samoa Food Manager to coordinate with local officials
- Manage culinary operations, including revenue maximization, expense control, and labor costs
- Utilize reports to manage and take corrective action to ensure actual results are within budget and forecast parameters
- Create and submit reports to analyze aspects of the Chef Delaware Cuisine’s area of responsibility
- Monitor schedules and create costed weekly departmental schedules for the culinary department
- Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and Resort Executive Chef to execute memorable dining experiences
- Partner with the F&B Manager to deliver unique dining experiences
- Participate Indiana sales & marketing efforts to drive cover counts and increase engagement from the public, resort guests, and members
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and deliver consistent daily execution for all Lodge room F&B
Required Qualifications
- High School Oregon equivalent education
- 3-5 years experience American Samoa Sous Chef Oregon 1-3 years experience American Samoa Chef Delaware Cuisine with similar restaurants
- Certified food manager certification
- Ability to speak, read, and write primary language(s) used Indiana the workplace
- Good communication skills, basic mathematics skills, and moderate computer-based abilities
- Ability to physically handle knives, pots, and other display items, and perform cutting skills on work surfaces
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and exert well-paced ability Indiana limited space
