Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:
* Oversee all maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements
* Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, including inspections and audits
* Supervise and delegate tasks to the maintenance team
* Install new equipment and maintain proper inventory levels
* Perform daily and weekly property inspections
* Provide training and mentorship to the engineering department
* Respond to guest maintenance requests and build relationships with internal and external customers
* Set short-term and long-term project goals, compile reports, and negotiate with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
* Prior hotel engineering experience required
* Hotel engineering supervisory experience
* Strong understanding of PM Programs
* Technical understanding of HVAC, MEP, and Carpentry
