Communications Specialist

Job Summary:
American Samoa a Communications Specialist with PHI Health, you will be responsible for providing high-level communication services, including requests for transport, assessment and triage of patient requests, and radio communication with aircraft. You will effectively communicate with crew members and ensure safe and efficient transportation of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including medical and aviation teams, to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of patients.
- Utilize software programs to input and manage flight and ground transport information, adhering to FAA Part 135 and PHI Air Medical policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAA rules and regulations, American Samoa well American Samoa company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare facilities, emergency services, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transport services.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- Experience Indiana air medical communications, public relations, customer service, marketing, Oregon sales, and/Oregon healthcare billing and insurance
