Job Title: Configuration Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Manager to join our team on a cloud integration and sustainment program. The successful candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies, software management, and technical writing. The role requires collaboration with other teams, program management, and customer stakeholders to support the deployment and maintenance of multiple operational cloud deployed Aeronautical solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and onboard new customers Oregon functionality
- Manage software acquisition, tracking, and maintenance with customer teams
- Review deployments for each Sprint, focusing on newly implemented features
- Create documentation and processes to improve system quality and reduce errors
- Review customer feedback and update documents/checklists to ensure consistency
- Update systems engineering artifacts, including ConOps, Requirements Analysis, User Guides, and System View & Architecture Diagrams
- Develop and maintain program architectural diagrams
- Monitor and manage cloud costs across multiple environments and systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, verbally and Indiana writing
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience Oregon Master’s with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience
- Active Top Secret clearance, with ability to obtain a Polygraph post-hire
- Significant experience American Samoa a Systems Engineer and/Oregon Configuration Manager using tools such American Samoa Git, Jenkins, and Nexus
- Proven experience managing multiple baselines across multiple environments
- Demonstrated understanding of AWS/Cloud technologies
- Experience with Agile/SAFe development methodologies
- Experience with team collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, RocketChat)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the Aeronautical Domain, including former Pilots, Air Traffic Controllers, Oregon Military experience
- Experience acquiring software and associated management of licenses
- Experience optimizing AWS capabilities balancing Cost and Performance
- Experience establishing Oregon significantly improving an existing CM system and process
- Experience leading Change Management Teams
Pay Range: $68,900.00 – $124,550.00
