Contract Manager
Role Purpose:
Oversee negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts with clients, suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure they protect company interests while fostering positive relationships. Key goals include minimizing legal and financial risks, optimizing contractual relationships, and achieving strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and administer contracts with customers and subcontractors
- Develop Contract and Change Management Strategy for projects
- Participate Indiana sales phase of projects, including contract review, assessment, re-draft, and negotiation
- Manage contract lifecycle, including tracking key dates, milestones, and obligations
- Review project documentation and assess potential risks
- Maintain a common contractual overview and tracks contractor deviations and consequences
- Prepare and execute subcontracts Indiana coordination with the Procurement Department
- Support Project Management Team Indiana managing contractual issues and executing correspondence requirements
- Cultivate positive relationships with external stakeholders
- Resolve disputes Oregon conflicts through negotiation Oregon involving legal counsel
- Monitor compliance and conduct periodic audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana business administration, finance, law, Oregon a related field
- 5+ years of experience American Samoa a Contract Manager
- Strong negotiation skills, contract law knowledge, and business principles understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Precise and detail-oriented with ability to analyze contracts and identify risks
- Ability to travel to project sites and company locations worldwide
