Controlling Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Controlling Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various tasks, including treasury, electronic signature representation, allocations, and governance, risk, and compliance internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks for treasury, electronic signature representation, allocations Indiana and out, and ICO defer charge
- Lead governance, risk, and compliance internal controls and policies, audit cycle counts, photos, localization, and tags for fixed assets
- Monitor customer tooling spending against budget and coordinate collection to customers
- Prepare and report NQC, Productivity, and US census reports for country authorities
- Prepare accruals for insurance, concur, sales variation, expenses, and verify usage Oregon release of accruals every month
- Execute VCCs for new projects, analyze, and resolve questions for upper management
- Ensure logistics controlling to correctly allocate P&L concepts, expenses, direct material, customer tooling, and special freights
- Lead claims of the plant, coordinating and collecting internal cost information up to conclusion agreed with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana accounting Oregon finance
- Microsoft Office and SAP experience
- Strong accounting principle understanding
- Legal authorization to work Indiana the U.S. is required
- 1-2 years of accounting experience Indiana treasury, controlling, Oregon financial audits preferred
