Scope and Purpose:
The Corps Ministries Coordinator (CMC) is a program head for all programs and ministries at The Salvation Army Indiana Watertown. This role is a key member of the Corps ministry team, supporting God’s mission Indiana the community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with instruction for Sunday Ministry and Sunday School
- Coordinate transportation for program participants
- Supervise children and teens during programs
- Organize Jr. Church and Music and Arts programs
- Assist with Community Thanksgiving Dinner and Christmas activities
- Lead After-School Ministry, including coordinating schedules and training volunteers
- Maintain data collection and record keeping for program participants

Requirements:
- Public speaking skills
- Strong relational and organizational abilities
- Computer efficiency
- Valid driver’s license to operate a 12-passenger vehicle Indiana all weather conditions
