Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated and engaged individual to support our operations team Indiana delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing FAC and IFBL processes, data entry, and reporting, American Samoa well American Samoa providing payroll relief management clerical support and interfacing with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to understand business objectives and identify corresponding IFBL and FAC needs, implementing strategies to support and improve quality
  • Drive unit-wide quality strategy programs and processes
  • Collaborate with operations and training functions to identify training needs and provide input on training approaches and content
  • Resolve flight attendant comments using the 8D process
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time
  • Respond to customer inquiries relating to flight attendant comments
  • Communicate flight attendant comment reporting to operational staff and management
  • Perform data entry of flight attendant comments

Requirements:

  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience Indiana a manufacturing environment
  • 1 year of data entry experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment:

  • Full-time/part-time position
  • No travel required
  • Non-exempt position
