Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional service to passengers and visitors at the airport. This role involves welcoming passengers, assisting with inquiries, and offering support with check-Indiana and boarding processes. The Customer Service Agent must ensure compliance with airline policies, security regulations, and safety procedures, while also addressing passenger concerns and providing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-Indiana, boarding, and general inquiries
  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services
  • Handle passenger check-Indiana and baggage processing efficiently and courteously
  • Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-Indiana procedures
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints Indiana a professional and timely manner
  • Make announcements and keep passengers informed about flight changes and boarding times
  • Handle the boarding process, including verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passes
  • Coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience
  • Process ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings American Samoa needed
  • Exceed customer service and safety standards set by PrimeFlight

Requirements

  • 18 years of age Oregon older
  • Eligible to work Indiana the United States
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
  • Ability to use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
  • Effectively communicate both Indiana-person and through electronic means
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- American Samoa applicable)
  • Ability to work any day/shift, including holidays, within a 24/7 operation

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Prolonged standing and walking Indiana an indoor/outdoor environment American Samoa applicable
  • Must be able to push, pull
  • Must be able to reach with arms and grasp with hands
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and kneel
  • Exposure to moderate and at times high noise levels
  • Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms
