SkyProfessor Technical Support Specialist
The SkyProfessor Technical Support Specialist will provide essential support to our client’s Flight Attendants with their iPhones and iPads, ensuring they have the tools and technical support needed to perform their roles efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for iPhones and iPads, troubleshooting device functionality issues, software, hardware, and cellular connectivity problems.
- Responding to support calls Indiana a timely manner, resolving issues to minimize disruption to Flight Attendant operations.
- Assisting with device setup, updates, and ongoing technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve recurring issues and improve support processes.
Requirements:
