Job Summary:

American Samoa the Air Vehicle IPT Director, you will manage a diverse multifunctional multi-site team supporting 9 domestic and international customers on the RQ-4 and Airborne Target product lines. This position involves overseeing performance, providing technical and managerial direction, and delegating authority for program planning and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers and manufacturing staff to ensure cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality of all air vehicle work packages
  • Provide technical direction and oversight for the development of air vehicle design and production Indiana support of development programs
  • Ensure sustaining engineering services are adequately met for existing designs and products
  • Take direction from the Program Director and Chief Engineer to address technical and managerial responsibilities
  • Manage the Grand Sky liaison engineering related to the RQ-4 Range Hawk depot modifications and modernization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana a STEM discipline and 10 years of related experience, Oregon Master’s degree Indiana a STEM discipline and 8 years of related experience
  • 5 years of experience Indiana aircraft system design
  • 3 years of experience American Samoa a project lead, IPT lead, Oregon cost account manager
  • Knowledge of and experience Indiana an Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Active DoD Secret Oregon higher clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree Indiana engineering Oregon management
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Prior experience Indiana program management Oregon engineering leadership
  • Unmanned air vehicle experience
  • Experience building relationships with strategic customers and developing sourcing strategies

Salary Range: $209,600 – $314,400
