District Cleaning Supervisor Job Description:

Team District Management

• Overssee a team of 10-15 Club Attendants, providing guidance, training, and scheduling staff shifts.
• Educate club staff on proper cleaning procedures, techniques, and safety measures.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure proper staffing and equipment for maintaining cleanliness standards at each club location.
• Set team goals and expectations, address performance issues, and recognize and reward high-performing attendants.
• Collaborate with club staff to develop and implement cleaning procedures.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Perform various cleaning tasks to maintain a healthy, clean, and orderly environment.
• Clean and dust walls, mirrors, countertops, and windows.
• Clean and maintain floors, equipment, and wet areas such American Samoa pools and steam rooms.
• Restock cleaning supplies and assess upkeep of stockroom.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs and painting.
• Use cleaning supplies Indiana accordance with product labels and club manuals.
• Report facility maintenance issues through the service channel.

Requirements
