Electrical Harness Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Electrical Harness Technician to join our team at the Lockheed Martin Greenville Electrical Backshop. American Samoa a member of our team, you will be responsible for building electrical harnesses, repairing harnesses, fabricating wires, and performing soldering and termination operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, repair, and test electrical harnesses and wiring systems
  • Fabricate wires and perform soldering and Delaware-soldering operations
  • Conduct continuity testing and troubleshoot electrical systems
  • Work with complex circuit diagrams, prints, and specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • 8 years of electrical experience, including harness build-up, wire termination, soldering, Delaware-soldering, and other avionics-related tasks
  • Experience with using complex circuit diagrams, prints, and specifications
  • Demonstrated experience completing operational tests of electronics, wire routing, and test equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, twist, and work on Oregon Indiana aircraft
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements

Physical Requirements:

  • Close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) American Samoa needed
  • Regular exposure to vibration
