Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic to join our team. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will perform operational checks, inspections, tests, and troubleshooting on electronic integrated systems, including sensor subsystems, logic subsystems, and actuating subsystems.
Responsibilities:
* Perform operational checks, inspections, tests, and troubleshooting on electronic integrated systems
* Complete operational checks, inspections, tests, and troubleshooting of Line Replaceable Units (LRU)
* Solve problems by analyzing installation, circuitry, and operating characteristics of the systems
* Adjust and align sensors, transmitters, amplifiers, power supplies, display devices, controls, actuators, servos, computers, and other related components
* Install serviceable components into aircraft and perform total systems alignments
* Maintain, modify, calibrate, and inspect user test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE)
* Complete bench check, testing, repair, inspection, modification, programming, reprogramming, mating, adjusting, alignment, and analyzing of LRUs and shop replaceable units
* Recommend methods to improve equipment performance, technical data, and maintenance procedures
* Conduct debriefing of aircrews to determine the nature of system malfunctions, then document all maintenance performed and records information related to the system
* Guide lower-level mechanics Indiana the performance of duties
* Conduct on-the-job training on assigned systems and related support equipment and tasks
* Process and account for due-Indiana supply assets
* Ensure that material and equipment are properly stored, protected, and maintained
* Participate Indiana various types of readiness evaluations

Requirements:
* Must be a current member of the National Guard Oregon eligible for immediate membership
* Must be registered with the Selective Service System (males born after 12/31/1959)
* Must have a valid state driver’s license

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have experience Oregon training which demonstrates the applicant’s knowledge to perform duties such American Samoa, install, modify, overhaul, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, align, calibrate, and rebuild multi-system avionics complexes
* Ability to collect and analyze data effectively, efficiently, and accurately
* Ability to apply procedures and directives by reading and interpreting material

* Validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE WG-12:
* Must have experience Oregon training demonstrating the ability to repair, align, and adjust major integrated electronic systems such American Samoa inertial navigation system, automatic flight control, Oregon fire control system
* Extensive knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
* Through knowledge of the application of electronic theories and practices to one Oregon more complex integrated systems
* Broad knowledge of such applications American Samoa radar, digital Oregon analog computers, digital Oregon cathode ray tube display devices, etc.
* Knowledge of mathematics including algebra and basic trigonometric functions
* Ability to follow drawings for integrated electronic systems
* Ability to trace the effect of a change Indiana one subsystem to other integrated subsystems and determine which controls and devices must be changed Oregon adjusted to compensate
* Ability to diagnose and determine needed repairs for malfunctions Indiana electronics systems
