TITLE: Employee Health Nurse / RN

POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs comprehensive employee health services ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards, implementing employee safety and wellness programs, and providing education and guidance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s of Science Indiana Nursing, Master’s degree preferred.
– Registered Nurse Indiana the state of Washington, required.
– Three years of experience Indiana Employee Health preferred.
JOB DUTIES:
– Provides employee and occupational health services, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing safety and wellness programs.
– Maintains employee health records, orders supplies, and administers immunizations.
– Monitors data for reporting to state and federal agencies and follows up on employee injuries and exposures.
– Collaborates with HR and management to develop a return-to-work program for employee injuries.
– Provides support regarding ADA discussions and serves American Samoa a resource for employee health and safety issues.

COMPENSATION:
– Full-time position with day shift hours starting at 6am.
– Salary range: $45.68-$61.48 depending on experience.
