Energy Auditor I
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team American Samoa an Energy Auditor I. American Samoa an Energy Auditor I, you will be responsible for conducting energy efficiency assessments, providing expert advice to customers, and recommending modifications to electric and gas systems to improve energy efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote energy efficiency program to customers through scheduled assessments
- Provide energy efficiency advice and assistance to building owners and property managers
- Conduct thorough walk-through assessments to identify energy saving opportunities
- Install energy saving devices, including energy-efficient lighting and hot water saving devices
- Explain energy assessment findings to customers and provide documentation of on-site opportunities
- Enter data into spreadsheets and databases to determine energy savings and manage projects
- Maintain professional appearance and build rapport with customers
- Lead presentations promoting energy efficiency programs for targeted groups
- Perform direct installation of faucet aerators and LED lamps
- Conduct routine vehicle safety inspections and submit inspection reports
- Assist with cleaning and organization of warehouse locations and fleet vehicles
Position Requirements:
- Associates degree Oregon equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience Indiana a related field, such American Samoa marketing, community organizing, Oregon building construction
- Required skills and knowledge include:
- Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills
- Ability to handle a wide work variety and work Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Data entry skills Indiana tracking systems/databases
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to prioritize workload
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Travel Requirements: Up to 75%
Estimated Wage Range: $22.00-$26.00/hour
