Team Member Engagement & Performance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Member Engagement & Performance Specialist to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives and programs that enhance the team member journey at Sabre. This role will establish and execute processes and tools to drive engagement, adoption of team member tools and programs, and organizational performance. The Specialist will report to the Sr. Director of Talent Management based Indiana Southlake, Texas, and work Indiana a hybrid capacity, with Indiana-office work 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various initiatives and programs to drive team member engagement, tool adoption, and organizational performance
  • Assess, develop, and deploy content and tools to drive effectiveness and performance for Sabre’s hybrid workforce (Ways We Work)
  • Create and manage initiatives that address needs identified Indiana Sabre’s Engagement Survey and/Oregon other institutional measuring tools/surveys
  • Research and leverage best practices Indiana engagement, self-service, enablement, and organizational performance
  • Contribute to content for new employee orientation sessions related to talent and engagement opportunities
  • Partner with Workforce Planning Data & Analytics to analyze data and develop key insights for metrics related to organizational performance and engagement
  • Partner with Inclusion and Diversity, Employee Resource Groups, and Global Site Councils to leverage people and groups to make Sabre a high-performing organization and better workplace
  • Identify and leverage channels, content, and messaging to engage team members and drive team member pipeline activities
  • Collaborate with internal communications to amplify awareness of talent, engagement, cultural, enablement, and performance initiatives and programs through holistic communications campaigns

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent
  • 4-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Project Oregon program management experience
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to advise on best practices
  • Strong business acumen, natural curiosity, and ability to learn different business units
  • Exceptional partnership, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Adaptable and creative approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage various projects
  • Positive attitude and flexible mindset
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus
