Job Summary:

The Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical structure and equipment of the store, performing preventative maintenance, and making emergency, corrective, and routine repairs on electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems to maximize efficiency
• Perform emergency, corrective, and routine repairs on equipment and systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems per schedule
• Maintain records of inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
• Maintain EPA Universal Certification and knowledge of current regulations
• Work flexible schedule, including day, evening, night, weekends, and holidays
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse groups
• Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Minimum 2 years of related experience with EPA certification and license
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
• Must possess knowledge of personnel safety and safety engineering codes

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing/walking around store Oregon department
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, color vision, and climbing ladders
• Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs
