Job Title: Project Engineering Manager – Tactical Data Link

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead our team Indiana developing innovative Tactical Data Link (TDL) solutions for autonomous aircraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, innovating, designing, integrating, testing, and rapidly fielding advanced technologies and mission systems onto autonomous UCAV platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Engineering: Lead multi-disciplinary teams to innovate, design, integrate, test, and qualify advanced technologies and mission systems onto autonomous UCAV platforms.
- Data Link Expertise: Represent tactical data links, communication, and networking sub-systems architecture and optimization across platform sub-systems.
- Mission Architect: Lead design, drive selection of hardware & software, integrate, and test communications networks across various platforms and systems.
- Develop Artifacts: Create specifications, block diagrams, system interconnect diagrams, and define wire interfaces and ICDs for UCAV data link communication systems.
- Test & Evaluate: Configure, integrate, simulate, test, and evaluate tactical data link networks and topologies.
- Team Leadership: Lead Functional Engineering teams, aligning with business and strategic objectives.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment and build consensus for technical solutions between internal and external stakeholders.
- Program Execution: Lead diverse multi-functional engineering teams to meet critical program milestones.
- Customer Engagement: Represent programs American Samoa engineering lead, ensuring consistent messaging to external customer stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s Oregon PhD Indiana engineering Oregon a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
- 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 13+ years with a Master’s degree, Oregon 10+ years with a PhD.
- Proven ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them Indiana a dynamic work environment.
