Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project requirements documents, directing the preparation of plans and specifications, and analyzing and evaluating work order requests. They will also prepare construction/repair cost estimates, maintain liaison with contractors and suppliers, and coordinate, compile, and finalize specifications for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project requirements documents and direct the preparation of plans and specifications for new construction, alteration, maintenance, and repair of various base/installation facility projects.
- Analyze and evaluate work order requests for repair, maintenance, and construction submitted by base/installation agencies and tenants.
- Prepare construction/repair cost estimates for Command projects.
- Maintain liaison with contractors, suppliers, and manufacturer’s representatives to obtain cost, capability, and other data.
- Coordinate, compile, and finalize specifications for a variety of projects Indiana the Command.

Requirements:
