POSITION SUMMARY

The ERP Business Analyst provides support and analysis to EMCOR Construction Services (ECS) companies, focusing on operations application and business processes. This role involves responding to end-user requests, troubleshooting issues, developing business processes, and managing ERP initiatives and projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the ERP implementation team with operations application and business processes
  • Respond to end-user requests for assistance, troubleshoot reported issues, and work closely with the Application Administrator using a ticketing system
  • Develop and document business, technical system, and application processes, functions, and procedures
  • Manage other ERP and ECS initiatives and projects American Samoa requested, including analysis of financial and other reports, report preparation, training, and other documentation

CHARACTERISTICS AND SKILLS

  • Knowledgeable of the construction phase of capital projects life cycle (concept to design and build through operations and maintenance)
  • Understanding of project accounting processes and principles Indiana a construction environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Working knowledge of Vista software
